Dues include membership to the National Association of REALTORS®, Montana Association of REALTORS® and Helena Association of REALTORS®.
The Code of Ethics class will take about 2.5 hours to complete online. New Member Orientation is a membership requirement which must be completed within 90-days of application.

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics is a set of standards and guidelines for ethical behavior that governs the conduct of real estate professionals who are members of the NAR. The code is designed to promote professionalism and integrity in the industry and to protect the interests of clients and customers. It includes 17 articles that cover a wide range of topics, such as duties to clients and customers, obligations to other real estate professionals, and responsibilities to the public. Members of the NAR are required to abide by the Code of Ethics and can face disciplinary action if they violate its provisions.
New Member orientation
New Member Orientation is an essential program offered by the Helena Association of REALTORS® for new salespersons or appraisers who have recently joined the association. This comprehensive orientation provides valuable information on the organization’s structure, benefits, and services, helping new members to understand the association’s mission, vision, and values. The program also offers networking opportunities and additional training sessions, enabling new members to develop their skills and knowledge to excel in their careers. Attending the New Member Orientation is a great way to jumpstart a successful career in the real estate industry. This is a membership requirement and must be completed within 90 days of application.
