Annual Awards

The Helena Association of REALTORS® (HAR) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 awards. Award recipients are nominated and selected by their peers for their commitment and contributions to the association, the real estate industry, and their community.

The 2026 Award Recipients include:

  • REALTOR® of the Year – Steve Youde, Keller Williams Capital Realty
  • Rookie of the Year – Stephanie Ricks, Century 21 Heritage Realty
  • Affiliate of the Year – Betsy Rispens, Union Home Mortgage
  • HAR Memorial Scholarship Award – Cassi Krei, Sherley Real Estate
  • HAR Good Neighbor Award – Quincy Lee, Engel & Volkers

Four members were also inducted into the HAR Hall of Fame: Denise Epler, Helena Homes and Investments; Maureen Oelkers, Big Sky Brokers; Teresa Lightbody, Big Sky Broker; and Don Dallas, Don Dallas Land Company.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS

IMF: The Montana Association of REALTORS® Issues Mobilization Fund was established to help pass public policies that are good for real estate and defeat those that are not. Issues Mobilization funding is used by REALTOR® associations to educate the public about the consequences of proposed real estate-related public policy and mobilize public support for the REALTOR® position on public policy issues by conducting advocacy campaigns.

RPAC: The purpose of RPAC is clear: REALTORS® raise and spend money to elect candidates who understand and support their interests.

BENEFICIARY FUND: Each year, several member events are held in order to raise funds for a HAR member or family member in financial need due to unforeseen hardships. Events may include, but are not limited to, the Christmas Live and Silent Auction Dinner, Bowling Tournament, and Spirit of Service Day. The events allow members to give back to the community who are in need.
