The Helena Association of REALTORS® (HAR) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 awards. Award recipients are nominated and selected by their peers for their commitment and contributions to the association, the real estate industry, and their community.

The 2025 Award Recipients include:

  • REALTOR® of the Year – Cortney Senecal Blum, Montana Land Homes Realty
  • Rookie of the Year – Brie MacLaurin, Big Sky Brokers
  • Affiliate of the Year – Autumn Kielb, Rocky Mountain Title
  • HAR Memorial Scholarship Award – Jamie Dwyer, Big Sky Brokers
  • HAR Good Neighbor Award – Alicia Tangen, Century 21 Heritage Realty

Three members were also inducted into the HAR Hall of Fame: Tim Moore, Moore Appraisal; Bill Gowen, Helena Abstract and Title Co.; Jerry Hamlin (posthumously), Hamlin Construction and Development Co.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS

IMF: The Montana Association of REALTORS® Issues Mobilization Fund was established to help pass public policies that are good for real estate and defeat those that are not. Issues Mobilization funding is used by REALTOR® associations to educate the public about the consequences of proposed real estate-related public policy and mobilize public support for the REALTOR® position on public policy issues by conducting advocacy campaigns.

RPAC: The purpose of RPAC is clear: REALTORS® raise and spend money to elect candidates who understand and support their interests.

BENEFICIARY FUND: Each year, several member events are held in order to raise funds for a HAR member or family member in financial need due to unforeseen hardships. Events my include, but are not limited to, Putt-Putt Golf, the Christmas Live and Silent Auction Dinner, Bowling Tournament and Spirit of Service Day.The events allow members to give back to the community who are in need.
