The Helena Association of REALTORS® offers over 70 hours of continuing education credits each year. Members can register for any of the classes below by logging in to the Member Dashboard. Non-members can register for classes by contacting the office at (406) 603-4793 or emailing [email protected]. Registration will be available approximately 30 days prior to each class.
CONTINUING EDUCATION POLICY
Members and non-members must register for all continuing education classes by 4:00 pm on the last business day before the class. Cancellations that take place after 4:00 pm are not eligible for a refund.
Earn the ABR® Designation
Steps For Earning Your ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) Designation
- Take the two-day ABR designation course in Helena on June 3rd and 4th.
- Complete a qualifying elective course online or in person.
- Finalize five transactions solely as a buyer’s representative.
- Maintain active membership with the National Association of REALTORS® and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC).
