The Helena Association of REALTORS® offers over 65 hours of continuing education credits each year.
Members can register for any of the classes below by logging in to the Member Dashboard.

Pricing for Classes
Members $20 per credit
Non-members $40 per credit
Early Bird Education Voucher Purchase (November 1st- January 31st) $175
Education Voucher Purchase (February 1st-March 31st) $225
Registration will be available approximately 30 days prior to each class.
CONTINUING EDUCATION POLICY
Registration: Members and non-members must register for all continuing education courses by 4:00 pm on the last business day before the course. Registrants may not change their attendance format (in-person to Zoom or Zoom to in-person) after 4:00 pm on the last business day before the course. Cancellations that take place after 4:00 pm are not eligible for a refund.
No Show Fee: A $20 no show fee will be assessed for members who register for an in person HAR continuing education course and fail to attend for any reason. The no show fee must be paid before the member can register for or attend additional HAR continuing education course.
Auditing is not an option in place of registration. Individuals who fail to register by the deadline and arrive on the day of an in-person class may be permitted to audit only if seats are available. Auditors will not receive continuing education credit and must sign an agreement acknowledging they are attending as an auditor and will not receive credit for the course.
Photograph and media policy
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Association including use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
