membership requirements

1. Submit your application

Fill out our online application and submit your real estate license. Secondary or former REALTOR® members must also submit a Letter of Good Standing from their most recent primary association. Once your application has been processed, you’ll be contacted by our Membership Coordinator with your next steps.

2. Pay your dues

Pay your prorated local, state, and national dues online through our Member Dashboard. If you have signed up for SentriLock service, your fees will also be included.

3. Complete Code of Ethics Training

New Members are required to complete Code of Ethics New Member training within 30 days of application. This self-paced, online training will take about 2.5 hours to complete. If you are joining as a secondary member or transferring from another association, your Code of Ethics status must be current. 4. Complete Fair Housing Training

New members are also required to complete the Fairhaven 2.0 Fair Housing Simulation within 30 days of application. This is a self-paced course that will take about 2 hours to complete. Learn more about the Fair Housing Training Requirement

5. Attend New Member Orientation

New Member Orientation is a requirement for all new REALTOR® members, including appraisers, and must be completed within 90 days of application. This comprehensive orientation provides valuable information on the Association’s structure, benefits, and services.
