Fill out our online application and submit your real estate license.
Secondary or former REALTOR® members must also submit a Letter of Good Standing from their most recent primary association.
Once your application has been processed, you’ll be contacted by our Membership Coordinator with your next steps.
PRO TIP: You will be contacted and able to join Montana Regional MLS once you have completed steps 2, 3, and 4.
Pay your local, state, and national dues online through our Member Dashboard.
If you have signed up for SentriLock service, your fees will also be included.
Your membership type (primary, secondary, REALTOR®, Designated Broker, etc.) will decide which fees are applied to your invoice.
Please review your invoice carefully before paying as all dues, late fees, and voluntary contributions are non-refundable.
New Members are required to complete Code of Ethics New Member training within 30 days of application. This self-paced, online training will take about 2.5 hours to complete.
If you are joining as a secondary member or transferring from another association, your Code of Ethics status must be current. Learn more about Code of Ethics training and check your status at nar.realtor/codeofethics.
New members are also required to complete the Fairhaven 2.0 Fair Housing Simulation within 30 days of application. This is a self-paced course that will take about 2 hours to complete. Learn more about the Fair Housing Training Requirement.
New Member Orientation is required for all new REALTOR® members, including appraisers, and must be completed within 90 days of application. This comprehensive orientation provides valuable information on the Association’s structure, benefits, and services.
A staff member will automatically register you for the next available New Member Orientation session.
